Paul B will be relinquishing the post of Club Secretary at this years AGM, which will be held in September, date TBA.
We therefore need a club member to take over the Secretary responsibilities, duties include:
Arranging AGM, recording minutes
Recording minutes at other committee meetings, approx 3-4 per year
Dealing with the occasional Club correspondence
