About Us

We are a Target Archery Club based in Milton Keynes, UK.

Founded in 1995 we have archers of all ages and abilities. Originally named Shenley and Loughton Toxophilists, abbreviated to SALT, the club has now become known as Shenley Archers. The word Toxophilist (Toxophilite) means devotee of archery.

We are fortunate to have excellent shooting facilities all year round in Milton Keynes.

Outside at Brooksward School, Neath Hill in the summer and within Nuffield Centre, Kents Hill during the winter. 

Archery is a sport for all, and Shenley Archers has members of all abilities from casual shooters through to more serious tournament archers. Members predominantly shoot Recurve bows, but we also have keen Compound and Traditional bow archers.

We have several members who are trained coaches, all certified by Archery GB, who are available to offer you guidance.
